Kaupapa Māori Mental Health & Wellbeing Services

Are you experiencing issues affecting your mental health or wellbeing? Or does someone in your whānau need help?

By combining clinical, cultural, and community support that embrace the Māori view of wellbeing, we support whānau to get well, stay well, live well, and reach for the stars and beyond.

Our services are provided to all ages at no cost and referrals to most of our services can be made by anyone (e.g. self referral, referral by whānau/friend, referral by a professional such as GP).

"Purapura Whetu is a space that has welcoming and caring people, so it's a place I look forward to going to."

"My life has been tumultuous this year. These groups have been a safe haven."

"I am making closer connections with the people I see more frequently, giving me a good sense of well being and starting to feel, in myself, a bit more valued."
