Te Huinga kōtuku is for:

Te Huinga Kōtuku is a free service dedicated to addressing and supporting individuals who are experiencing the direct or indirect effects of gambling and/or online gambling harm. 

Our team is made up of strong community advocates and two professional clinicians who will work one-on-one with any individuals needing ongoing focused support to reduce gambling and/or gaming harm.

Agency, Personal and whanau/friend referrals can be made(with their consent) following an education session or at any time through our website by filling out the referral form below. We will then contact you and book a session with our friendly clinicians.

 

You can access our service by :

  • Our free public educational sessions where we work through modules or courses to educate on the signs and symptoms of gambling and/or gaming harm and how to address it in a positive and mana enhancing way
  • If you’d like us to run a free education session privately for your group or community, please contact us to make a booking.
  • Referral pathway coming soon.
